Is the Working Group that leads diplomatic coordination with all countries and international bodies. They provide a wide range of perspectives, ensuring that all voices are heard, thus guaranteeing diversity in delegate participation during COY16.

Finance

Is responsible for ensuring that COY16 obtains the necessary funding, and that such funds are spent in accordance with the mission of COY. This may include fundraising and monitoring of the budget.

This Working Group handles the external communication of COY16 in general and with other climate change organizations. Their task include handling of social media, maintenance of the website and press.

Volunteer Coordination

Is the Working Group responsible for creating an inclusive and effective team. They handle the recruitment of volunteers and coordinate the teams during COY16 itself.

Logistics

Is the Working Group responsible for many of the practical aspects of COY16. This includes the crucial tasks of securing the venue and transportation for its participants.

Programmes

This Group ensures that there is an informative and useful programme during COY. As well as closely working with Logistics, they contact speakers and workshop facilitators for the Conference itself.
